1 – Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any order placed on the SHOP1ŒUVRE website implies full and complete acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, without reservation or condition.

2 – Orders

  • The essential characteristics and prices of the works are clearly indicated on the site.
  • The customer selects the desired works, checks their order and validates it online.
  • In the event of an error in the information provided by the customer (delivery address, contact details), SHOP1ŒUVRE cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors in delivery.

3 – Price and payment

  • Price : Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges are calculated as an additional charge and depend on the option chosen by the customer.
  • Payment : Payment for orders is made securely using the payment methods available on the site.

4 – Delivery

Check upon receipt

  • Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package before signing the delivery slip.
  • In case of damaged package :
    • Refuse delivery.
    • Notify the delivery person immediately and note the damage on the delivery slip.
    • Inform SHOP1ŒUVRE within 24 hours with photos of the damage observed.

⚠️ No refund or free replacement will be made if the damaged package has been accepted without written reservation.

Handling and storage

  • Remove the tube draft in the 48 hours following receipt and keep it flat.
  • SHOP1ŒUVRE declines all responsibility in the event of deterioration linked to:
    • For prolonged storage in the tube (more than 48 hours).
    • To storage in inappropriate conditions (humidity, heat, etc.).

International Shipping and Customs

  • For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs fees, local taxes or other possible charges.
  • If the package is refused due to unpaid charges, no refund will be issued.

Contact in case of problem

In case of delay, loss or other problem, the customer must contact SHOP1ŒUVRE at 7 working days after the expected delivery date.

5 – Delivery times

At the house of Shop1Oeuvre, each work is carefully prepared to ensure exceptional quality and a unique product. We attach great importance to each step of the process in order to offer you a perfectly finished and authentic work.

Preparation and sending process

  1. Printing of prints
    • The prints are produced by providers specializing in high-end art printing, which guarantees optimal quality and faithfulness to the original work.
  2. Quality control and customization
    • Once received by Shop1Oeuvre, the prints undergo a thorough quality check. Each work is then hand-signed by the artist and receives an exclusive embossing, certifying its authenticity and provenance.
  3. Shipping to the recipient
    • Once the print is prepared, secured and packaged, it is carefully shipped to the customer.

Indicative deadlines

Due to this multi-step process, delivery times may vary.

  • Preparation of the works : 10 to 15 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery (added to preparation times):
    • France: 2 to 5 working days.
    • European Union: 5 to 10 working days.
    • International: 10 to 15 working days (depending on destination and customs formalities).

Warranty and follow-up

This process ensures that each artwork arrives in perfect condition, ready to be framed or displayed. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to the customer to track the delivery's progress in real time.

6 – Custom sizes and special orders

For specific requests (custom sizes, large orders, or VAT invoices), please contact SHOP1ŒUVRE via the “Contact” page of the site.

7 – Numbered and signed works and prints

  • Artist : Gildas Paré.
  • Edition limit : Indicated for each work.
  • Materials and conservation :
    • Art paper mounted on medium wood with Fine Arts glue.
    • Three coats of matte varnish for optimal preservation.
    • Meets museum standards (acid-free).
  • Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the recycled frames used.

8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned works must be intact and in their original packaging.

9 – Intellectual property

All content on the SHOP1ŒUVRE website is protected by copyright. It remains the exclusive property of the artist Gildas Paré and SHOP1ŒUVRE. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

10 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the SHOP1ŒUVRE headquarters.

11 – Modification of the T&Cs

SHOP1ŒUVRE reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.
